1. Shipping Rates (UK Orders)

Our standard shipping rates are based on order value and apply to parcels weighing 0–2kg:

  • £3.99 – Orders up to £10

  • £2.99 – Orders up to £20

  • £1.99 – Orders up to £50

  • FREE Delivery – Orders over £50

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.


2. Weight Conditions

The above rates apply only to parcels weighing between 0–2kg.

If your order exceeds 2kg, Express Shipping will automatically apply:

  • £5.99 Express Shipping – For parcels weighing up to 10kg

If your order exceeds 10kg, additional charges may apply and we will contact you before dispatch if necessary.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.


5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.


7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Email us within 48 hours at owlsbitgloballtd@gmail.com

  3. Include your order number and description of the issue.

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
