Return & Refund Policy (UK Customers)

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and is compliant with UK consumer protection laws.


1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us after notifying us of cancellation.

NOTE: The shipping charges will be paid by customer and not the seller.


2. Extended Returns (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory 14-day right, we offer an extended 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Please take clear photos/screenshots of the issue.

  2. Email them to owlsbitgloballtd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and description of the issue.

We will review your case promptly.

If approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • We will bear all return shipping costs.

  • You will be offered a replacement or full refund.

If the item is confirmed faulty within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (as required by UK law).

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


5. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


6. Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been used beyond reasonable inspection.

  • The return request is made after 30 days.

  • The item is part of the Final Sale Collection (unless faulty).
